HOME is a 3-hour experiential group designed to restore a sense of connection — to our bodies, our inner worlds, and to one another.

The guiding idea is simple: the most powerful change doesn’t always come from insight alone, but from connection.

Connection regulates our nervous systems, anchors us in the present moment, and reminds us we’re not alone.

Through guided somatic practices, reflective exercises, and group process work, participants will experience the emotional, psychological, and physical feeling of home — a felt sense of safety, intimacy, and belonging.

 FAQs

  • The workshop costs $250, which includes the full 3-hour experience, all guided exercises, group work, somatic practices, light snacks and refreshments, and a curated gift bag to take home. Everything you need for the session is included—just bring yourself.

  • You can expect a mix of guided exercises and group process designed to help you understand yourself more deeply. We’ll explore your history, origin story, patterns, triggers, and growing-up stuff that still lives in your body and relationships. There will be insight-building prompts, small and large group sharing, and somatic practices like breathwork, light movement, and guided meditation to help you connect with your body instead of just staying in your head.

  • There will be two separate groups of about 10–12 people, each in their own room with their own facilitators. That keeps the work intimate and contained, while still giving you a sense of community. There will also be time before and afterthe session to connect and socialize with the larger group if you want more interaction.

  • Both. There will be a blend of individual reflection and group process. You’ll have time to journal, notice what’s coming up for you, and sit with your own experience, and you’ll also be invited into shared conversations and exercises with the group. You always choose what you share—there is no forced vulnerability—but we do encourage you to bring as much of your real self as you feel ready for.

  • This is therapeutic, but it’s not individual psychotherapy and it’s not a substitute for ongoing treatment. You don’t need any prior experience with retreats, group work, or somatic practices. You just need to be curious about yourself and open to trying something a little different from talking about your life on a couch or in your head. If you’re already in therapy, this will deepen the work you’re doing; if you’re not, it can be a powerful starting point.

  • This retreat is for you if you’re feeling stuck, lonely, burnt out, overwhelmed, or just aware that there’s more of you that wants to come online—emotionally, relationally, and in your body. It’s for people who are ready to look inward, feel their feelings, and practice connection with others doing the same.

It’s not a crisis space; if you’re currently in an acute mental health crisis or need intensive, one-on-one support, individual therapy or a higher level of care would be a better fit. If you’re unsure, you can always reach out and we’ll help you decide.

  • The intention isn’t catharsis; it’s access — giving you a template for grounded connection to yourself and others.
